For only $89, we can undertake a smoke alarm compliance visit at your property at each new tenancy. At our visit, we will inspect your property and ensure the smoke alarms are operational and compliant to the current legislation. Our compliance visits also include a FREE 12 Month after-care prorgam for beeping smoke alarms requiring attentiong. The cost of smoke alarms is not included in the visit cost
